As much as I would like TMac to have a great game, it is his knee and confidence on the knee that will keep him from ever having a pre-injury type of game. Look how long it took DWade to get himself back to normal after his knee was operated on.

I think I can speak for everyone when I say that all Rockets fans want to be positive, and want every single member of this team to do well.

Unfortunately, we're seeing a member of our team insult us, insult his employers, insult his teammates, and insult the game itself with his behavior and attitude. It is a true disgrace and a shame.

If he wants to make amends, I'm sure at least half of the fanbase and the lockerroom will forgive and embrace him again as a member of this team. But that's on him. He's been given every grace due him and more. It's time for him to make amends to all of us. And one "STFU" game absolutely will not be enough. We're all aware of what he can do when he's willing. We need to see his long term commitment and his day-to-day effort and attitude change.

Man, I don't care if Tmac scores 0 points. As long he's out there playing like he wants to be out there. I better not see him walking around and quitting on offense and defense.

Where's the hustle Tmac? Don't play like your 500lbs.

If T-Mac plays, I really expect him to drop 30 on this team. Vince Carter probably called him and was like "Cousin, I just dropped the Hawks tonight, you do it for me as well!"

Tracy will get like 17 points and the T0Fs will come out of the woodwork and tell us all what idiots we are.

Tracy will then go on to sulk and have another string of 5-6 games, any criticism will be written off as knee jerk reactions.

People have been hating on him for a long time. He obviously doesn't care.

i am a day trader. experience tells me that, it usually is the besting timing to cut the loss and dump a lousy stock after a bounce.

So what? How often he would play angry and play consistent?

As long as he can not perform consistently, cannot give 100% in every game, a single good game means nothing. A stretch of good games from him is actually a good time to trade him.

He will never give 100% consistently, well, by consistently here I mean all year long, on both ends, in favorable situations or really tough situations.

See,this is where i disagree with most of this board.

I could give a rats ass about him playing "hard" or playing with "effort" or playing his "heart" out. I WANT RESULTS. If he hustles for every damn loose ball and comes up with single digit points on 25% shooting, i'm pissed. This isn't your son's WRAC league. He needs to go out there and produce. If he can do that and look just as lazy as he has for his whole career then I'm happy.

Yeah, this is a back-to-back game. So T-Mac would have a great game sitting on the bench.

Exactly what I am thinking. It is already very late to cut the loss, but if you don't cut it now, it will be worse in the future. Well, maybe it is better to wait for a bounce to cut the loss. There will be a bounce.

I want the same thing, if this is the bottom for Tmac, then great......but dang, I just feel that he is not done pouting, or making whatever point he is trying to make.

And if he plays well, it just proves that he is dogging it on purpose....he needs to shake off whatever funk is bothering him and bring it every single night....

I will not believe in him again, unless he does it for a long long period of time.

    Who cares? ...oh.

Well, I don't give a rat's ass if he shows or not. Last night left the worst taste in my mouth. Never had I seen a player quit soooooo obviously. And to all those non-Rockets fans who saw the game, I apologize. THAT was NOT who we are.

Now? All I care about are the other 14 players who WANTS to play. Take McGrady out and let the team come together.

Since some seems to think he'll turn it on come playoffs, let him sit until then.

Again, LET THE OTHER 14 PLAYERS come together as a team.

Atleast, it would mean that when he wants, he can do it. Playoffs time, he always want and I am sure that he would do it.

If I came off as insulting you my friend I wasn't, I just meant to say that while your comments may be hard to hear they tend to be right on. Look, I agree that T-mac isn't really bringing it. Part of the reason I was against aquiring him in the first place is because SF3 acted as both a floor general and an emotional leader. True, hindsight is a b**** seeing as how SF3 is a bust, but I felt like we traded one void for another. I'm not going to go as far to say that T-Mac is on his way out, or should be traded, but maybe pulling a Donovan McNabb on him wouldn't be so bad....

I don't give a damn if he does do well today. I think the rox would rather not have the on-going drama of whether or not t-mac will show up. He needs to produce like he's capable of on a consistent basis. Anything less just demoralizes the whole team. We just need to move on as a team...
