How quickly we forgot. Wasn't it last year that Tmac was laughing it up when the team was losing badly? Look at tonight's tape again. I believe it was in the 2nd quarter. They looked PISSED.
The guy that wants to only play one game of a back to back wants more touches? You gotta be kidding me.
By continue giving T-Mac playing time, even the guy is not healthy, unwilling to play, and it showed on the court. Alderman basically saying that in his team, you don't need to bring the full effort to be on the court. Everything goes to predetermined status quo. That's the team leadership we have, and we still expect we can go far in the playoffs?!
I don't post much but.. I'm tired of this. I ALWAYS try to stay optimistic after a loss, but this was the silver lining. Seeing Tracy out there the way he was, was embarrassing. It was only a matter of time till he'll find excuses. For him to say he's not getting "enough touches" when he said he wanted "more pressure off him" and he got that from the front office (Artest). He's been babied, taken care of, and got everything he wanted, but the fact remains that he's still that stubborn, fragile, player who was unhappy in Orlando. I can't take this. I really hope we win tomorrow so we can shove it up his ass.
seriously do you even watch the games? Carl had a bad night shooting, i'll admit that. haven't you noticed that he's one of the few players that will even block out on this team. usually on defensive rebounds, Carl is holding off a guy and lettin a teammate get the rebound. it's not like he is getting few rebounds and not helping the team, he's just holdin his blockouts instead of just runnin after the ball every time
"Yao Ming (11) loses control of a rebound against Jake Voskuhl and the Raptors in the first half." - that's the notation from the chron. is it yao "loses control" or i see a hand GRABBING his wrist? the chron went crazy on this one. as for the game - contender my arse!
whoever still believe this team can go deep in play off is dreaming. Our Big Three are two mdeicores plus one quiter.
Hold up. I remember people on this forum bashing Yao for not rebounding, yet did not see you here defending him? I is one thing to box out, but another to box out and then pounce on a rebound. He had 6 missed shots, which were around the basket. Did he follow his own shot? See I am not attacking Carl Landry and saying he doesn't give an effort. I am just saying I want to see him get more than 5 boards in a game. I ask you, do you watch Basketball games in general? If you did you would know boxing out is usually the first step towards gathering a rebound. It is alot mroe than 'just running after the ball every time'
Yao gets no respect from opponents and definitely none from the refs. Tonights game was sad and a poor effort from the whole team. We are lacking leadership and aggressiveness. i have complete faith that we will gain that though. GO ROCKETS!!!
