It's funny once we traded away Steve Francis things just started to fall apart. Yao isn't playing aggressive. Rafer isn't killing anymore because he knows he job is safe. Ron Artest believed in Francis to make that comeback but now I don't know what he is thinking now. He is the only one IMO who can pull McGrady to the side and talk to him. I mean the team has just been sooooo inconsistent
