    TRADE ACCEPTED

It's that time of year again! Everyone cheer as lpbman brings defense and rebounding back to the houston frontcourt! Houston must sadly part with their mid first round pick via Toronto because Washington think's Etan Thomas will be a stud and they are right. I can hear the bashing now but mark my words he's a younger, taller Brian Grant (o.k. maybe second round). Houston takes Butler or Woods with the likely top 5 pick, assuming they are available. If not, possibly trade picks with Indiana and they throw in Artest?

Kenny scores 17-20 ppg in the East. Washington lets Popeye go and have 3 real offensive threat players next year.

You really like Etan, don't you? I like his hustle and his strength (my goodness have you seen his arms?), but he doesn't have any basketball skills to speak of. Plus, I don't think he's really long enough to play center. I'd be more interested in trading Kenny for Jahidi or Haywood.

I'm with you on that one. A Cato, Collier, Haywood trio at center may not be the best in the league but all have different games and allow the Rockets to matchup better.

While I like ET's game, I think he would just windup spending time on the bench behind MoT & EG. Including Langhi (or Walt or Willis) in any RealGM trade is not accurate any longer since their contracts are expiring this summer.

I really like Etan as well, but he is not worth KT, let alone KT + the Toronto pick, imo.

If Etan were that good, he'd beat out everyone in the pathetic Washington frontcourt. People think the Rockets are doing a bad job in personnel managementl that'd be a horrible trade.

Either keep KT or trade him for a heck of a lot more than that.

Washington was in a playoff race for 80% of the season so he didn't get his minutes as one of the rookies. He played VERY well in the minutes he did recieve. He will be a very good player which is why I included so much in the trade.

I don't even think Houston has even noticed Etan, so it's not like this one is going down any time soon.
