yeah, i dont see how people play FPS on a console. it's just so... crappy. controllers are great for sports, racing etc. games.
I agree it's nowhere near as comfortable to play an FPS on a console, but at least you're playing against other people who are also playing on a console, so the playing field is level. It wouldn't make much sense to blame poor results on the controller is what I'm saying. But yeah, definitely less intuitive/comfortable. Anybody else play this on 360?
we have been playing 2 people on each console, so just one gamertag. So, not all the guys I play with have the game. But my gamertag is rhino1717. And people quitting pisses me off too. And I dont understand it. This game takes quite a while to load, so I dont know why they would waste their time another thing I hate is when inexperienced player try to play on expert with me and my friends. They constantly shoot you instead of the zombies. They kill you and then die instantly.
I looked at your achievements and noticed that you haven't completed an expert campaign yet, although that's all I ever see you playing. Is it a lot harder on the actual game than it was on the demo? You made it sound really easy before.
I don't know what you guys are talking about but advanced is no joke either. I've been playing it a bit on xbox live and it's pretty hard to move through that mode unless you have 4 people who know what they're doing. haven't even bothered with expert...and I generally play all games on the hardest difficulty setting from the beginning. screw getting rapid tank spawns... anywho, if anyone is interested in adding me for this or any other game; my gamertag is "secLusionx".
Well, it takes a pretty long time to get through all the levels in one mission on expert, the demo was only those 2 pretty short levels. I have gotten to the end on Dead Air and one other (whatever the last one is called) I played the last level of Dead Air for 2 straight hours and we just couldn't beat it. There are endless hords and 3 Tankers as you wait for the plane to fuel up. WE almost made it once. There were 2 of us left, I was about to die, so I tried to hold off the last Tanker as my teammate boarded the plane. I was killed pretty quickly, and right as my teammate stepped foot on the plane, the Tanker hit him with a rock and it said we lost Thats the closest I have come to beating it.
Love the game, been playing the hell out of it. If you are on the pc, add me if you haven't. Steam: Uprisingbc Only 3 of us so far in the Clutchfans group. http://steamcommunity.com/groups/Clutchfans
screw that. I love consoles for Sports, and adventure games that aren't FPS. Can't stand the inaccuracy of controllers.
FPS games are dead to me on the console even with the Frag FX. There is an adapter that lets you use mouse and keyboard for the PS3 but it's 100 bucks. Until then, no way jose!
Just joined the group. Thanks for creating it. I just recently dl'ed Left 4 Dead from Steam. Although, my Steam name is JrocketB
if you keep beating the sandbags by the turret at the end bfr releasing the gas, theres a nice surprise for u when u jump on the turret itself. just make sure u jump straight onto it or you will die.
It's hard to say that the creatures are zombie only. I would say some of them are like the mutants from I Am Legend.
Sorry we kicked you from that game you tried to join last night. Me and a friend of mine had been trying for quite a while to get some achievements and we were better off with a couple of computer players who we could kill in the safe room to keep them from interfering. You could have joined anyway, but you would have just been running around doing nothing If you ever see me playing VS, don't hesitate to jump in. More often than not we can use an extra.
Alot of console hate up in here, I really don't care that much. Controller or mouse, lets just compete....... Both are fun in my opinion
When you're talking FPS, its hard to do console once you've done PC. But like uprising said, sports and adventure and RPG are perfect for console.
