    It was probably garnered off of the police report. Being this is a possible DUI anything he would have said to that officer would have gone on that report.

    really, is your initial interview when you've yet to be convicted a matter of record? I don't know. This is like when everyone got upset when Kobe said something to the Boulder police about Shaq getting off after being accused of sexual assault. Everyone blasted Kobe for being a snitch but I'm pretty sure Kobe was expecting that info to be private

    When its a possible DUI and an officer is trying show your state of mind at a whole for a possible future jury trial. Yep. Every bit of detail generally goes into those reports.

    Unfortunately for those who are the subject of those reports it's very easy to get your hands on them as you can see from the smoking gun link above.

    you shouldn't project. I'm not a chuck fan and couldn't care less one way or the other if he rolled through a stop sign to get a sexual favor. I was just wondering if police interviews are public.
