I really don't hate boozer for the cleveland okie doke, but you have to admit, there's some poetic justice given he could opt out this year, maybe he'll stay put. He is in a great situation for himself.
Karma is a b**** Great news to end the year, how sweet it is Whatever is needed to prohibit those thugs from entering the playoffs.
I detest the Jazz as much as anyone else, but I don't wish ill to Boozer or anyone else. That doesn't mean I sympathize with him. I like the title that you put up CH. The Great Deceiver.
That's definitely divine retribution right there. The guy is just an opportunistic a$$. I remember when he duped the Cavs and went to the Jazz he sat out for months due to an injured PINKY. And you thought Tmac was soft lol....this is probably an advance payment for his betrayal of the Jazz for Miami or NY
So how long is he out for? Skimmed the article but didn't see that info. Utah will still make the playoffs and will be a tough out even without him. He did very little against Houston in the playoffs last year.
That is a bigger surgery than Tmac had, if he has Quad tendon damage, it is what Francis had.....although Steve's was 70% torn. All TMac had was loose particles removed from normal wear and tear. DD
Very true. Milsap is ever improving. Okur is having his best year, and they have solid backup centers in Koufos and Fesenko. CJ Miles is also looking impressive. The only way they can miss the playoffs is if Deron goes down, and he seems to be coming back steadily.
man i know milsap is out for a week but i am glad i have him on my fantasy team he was a solid 18/10 every night once boozer went down. and if boozer doesnt come back this year he is a fool for opting out and whoever signs him is a bigger fool. the guy was really healthy only last year i believe. 3 seasons ago he was out for a long time with injuries (almost was traded to the lakers), 2 seasons ago he was out for a month i believe with a leg issue also, this year this problem. i cant remember the last time someone who opts out when not really even playing a month of nba ball expecting himself to land a big deal. if anything his absence has allowed milsap to shine at a much much lower price tag. granted i believe boozer is a better player but if milsap can provide the same production i am sure the jazz would welcome the cap space to possibly sign another player in a position where they aren't as strong (SG?) --i think gilbert arenas did but last year was the first major injury i remember him having and he didnt opt out to sign elsewhere and i think the wizards felt they owed him after he was a huge surprise for them.
