This team will likely make the playoffs, but if they draw the Jazz again, they are going to be blown out for the third time straight.
Hard to say. I'm going to go with 2nd round but probably stop there. Maybe a WCF visit if we get our **** straight. But I can't see us beating the Lakers. Now if we pick it up like we usually do post-All-Star Break, we might have something. There's a lot of talent on this team, T-Mac and Yao need to wake up and step into the leader roles though. I don't know if they can play up to that level, because they have never (1) done so before and (2) played on that stage before. And I still think the playoffs are a given for us. Though some people (a lot of people?) might not around here. But again, it's tough to say when you play like a championship contender one game, and then the next 2 you play like you're trying to get 1st... ...in the lottery.
I don't expect anything less than the second round, and a one-week slump has done nothing to change that expectation for me. I fully expect the Rockets to end up with at least a 3rd seed and cruise into the second round. After that, it's hard to say what to expect of them.
