    Crennel, Mangini, Marinelli already out...

Who's next and who are the replacements?

    Discuss.

Gotta love New York. Mangini is a good coach, but maybe they are trying to appease Favre? Maybe Steve Mariucci? Or they make a run at Cowher?

Choosing Favre over Mangini = choosing Owens over Parcells.

    Herman Edwards is G-O-N-E.

so is Gunther Cunningham. I kinda hope KC keeps Chan Gailey.

yeah, it's pretty funny that the qb the jets let go beat them in the final game that secured a division title with the win for parcells.

They just don't sell enough head coaching jerseys. ;)

I guess it works both ways though. Tampa Bay fired a good coach and won a Super Bowl with Gruden, but then Dungy wins with Indy. Cowher won with the Steelers after all those years.

From ManGenius to fired. If I were him, I might take the KC job. I wouldn't touch Oakland, Cleveland, or Detroit. I think all three need need a house completely cleaned, including ownership.

I can't imagine who the hell would touch the Oakland job. What a disaster. Al Davis makes Jerry Jones look like Jerry Buss.

Pre 44-6 and costing the Cowboys a playoff trip.

IDK, you think JJ is gonna sit well with that for the next 6 months.

I was being VERY sarcastic. I like Wade because of who is father is, but man...he really had that ol' Jack Pardee clueless look on his face (that us old Oiler fans know all too well) for pretty much the whole game yesterday.

How ironic is it that the cowboys would lay such a huge egg just a few days after JJ's vote of confidence. Watching that game yesterday really brought back some memories of the mid-ninties Oilers. So much talent, yet nothing to show for it (again).

the question should be... who makes the best defensive coordinator? and can he work with a 4-3?

Is Seattle still sticking with Jim Mora Jr. as their next coach?

Jerry Jones also endorsed him AFTER the Eagles game.

Question for any Jets fans here: Why was Mangini let go? Is it because he doesn't display enough fire and emotion to the troops? There aren't too many guys like him and I appreciate his lack of ranting and raving. I don't think he should be held responsible for Favre's late seasom meltdown.

Well Detroit fired the GM earlier in the season so that was a huge step right there for them to turn it around.

I think JJ needs to clean house on the coaching staff.

How he kept Millen for years though is a complete joke. At some point you are being loyal to a fault and that was it. It is amazing to me how some franchises can suck for generations. Outside of Barry Sanders, the Lions have done next to nothing in their existence. Calvin Johnson is the only real positive on that team. To think Roy Williams, Mike Williams, & Carlos Rogers are all gone.
