Question regarding Toronto's pick...

    what if, Toronto ends up with the 8th seed in the east...then ends winning a playoff series or 2 and makes it to the final 8 of the NBA playoffs....does their pick then end up being one of the last 8 picks in the 1st round? How does that work?

    No, it will be however they finish the regular season. If the Rockets get the Raptors pick it will be at #14 or #15.
