Bad effort is to for Tracy! Not for the rest of the team. Every one fought hard except Tracy McLady. I do proud of the team as whole.

Yes, am proud of the rockets today. Please coach if T-Mac is playing hurt that will effect his game in anyone , bench the damn guy , don't bring out a halfass effortless T-Mac.

If Tmac says he is too sore, or just doesn't have it, I want Von Wafer in there to get some of that attacking mentality...

Expectations are too high for the Rockets that any loss is a huge disappointment!

Unless of course if Eric Dampier is playing.

I am proud of the Rockets too.

With all the disadvantages they had, they played hard (except a few) and kept the game close. Especially Yao and Ron.

Yea! i am proud of this team too! firstly playing 4 games in 5 days is tough even for the most elite basketball player. Besides the energy i see in this team is getting stronger! Down 14 points but nt giving up down 9 point but nt giving up until the last minute! This is wad i call a battle to the end. Sports isn't all about wining or losing, it about how you carry yourself as a sportsman .
And heres something i believe that it is the guys that are willing to die for every single play or every single possesion that is goin to win the ball game and on this team, and i know if the rockets are going to win the championship any more, it is because they are still willing to fight for that ball or for that rebound and when you add up all the little bits of pieces here and there. its gonna to make to BIG difference betweeen WINNING and LOSING between winning a championship or getting knocked out of the playoffs!

Watching the replay, Yao showed some fire in the 4th to lead the comeback.

We got sucker punched at the start of the match by the refs (Sideshow Bob flop) and then again in the 3rd (Ben Wallace finding Yao's elbow with his eyebrow), yet still we fought tough and nearly pulled it out, even without T-Mac.

I don't fear the Cavs. Our team defense has always contained LeBron. Other than cheating/flopping, they have no answer for Yao. T-Mac won't be hobbled next time. Shane won't airball his threes next time. It won't be a back to back on Feb. 26.

All i have to say is Les better give Artest a contract after this year, that guy has more heart then Tmac ever had and he may not be as talented as the old Tmac but I would rather go into battle with Artest then a man named Tracy any day. Yao, Brooks, Artest, and hell even Rafer did a great job against the Cavs. I love this team, I just wish we could get this rotting 21 million dollar salary off our team and bring in some hungry players. And Steve Francis needs to do us all a favor and just retire so we can sign Deke asap.

actually its good to see Rafer playing well, it could be now he feels his starting job isnt as secure as it used to be and he needs to step up. its a healthy competition between our PG.

yes im definitely proud of them today, we have so many of our players carrying injuries, so 4 games in 5 nights is tough.

What's so great is that the Rockets don't have to rely on T-Mac/Yao anymore. When in the past could we have said that about this team?

T-Mac played like crap. Yao played half a game and under constant pressure to not foul. Yet we kept it close on the road playing tired. We are one of the deepest teams in the NBA.

I was wondering the same thing.

Is this guy done already? I don't know, I've always had high hopes on him and health but damn you got to put some effort.

It's losses like these that make us fans so frustrated, how can you let someone beat you so much.

    lol

he did make some uncharacteristic mistakes, bad/lazy passing from tmac is unusual, the shot selection didn't bother me as much as his lackadaisical passing. i'm all for resting tmac at random points in the season, we can win without him, but not a playoff series, no one should care if tmac plays 2 regular season games, if he was to be healthy in the playoffs, that's all that counts, we will make the playoffs, it isn't one of those types of years where we have to pray for the 8th seed. i didn't watch enough of the game to say i was proud, but i know we can do better and that's always something to look forward to

you hit the nail on the head. Parity is secondary objective... revenue is the primary objective. -long term revenue.

the officiating sucked ass tonight... they don't have anyone that can guard yao... so they turn to bs phantom foul calls to get him out of the game... noticed that they started calling the fouls later in the game.. good game.. and that block by lbj was sick!
