They waived every sort of fee to apply and said they would give me a decision in a week, so I decided to apply. I just ran across a question that says "Are you claiming Louisiana residency for tuition classification?"
Should I answer yes to that?? I mean, I've heard that LSU does not charge out of state tuition to Texas Residents, so should I click yes??
You've heard? Lol. Check their site. http://www.lsu.edu/paurec/residency.shtml So, check no. You'll still be charged OOS tuition. Very cheap, though. LSU is so easy to get in.
lol thanks
Im kind of totally out of it right now.. Perhaps I shouldn't have waited this long to start applying since i've already done like 6 applications today
Why would you go to LSU? They're not exactly known for their academics. There are a lot of sluts there though.
Haha yeah I know!! Its crazy though, because I've gotten some full ride offers (from decent schools), but I don't even think I can get into UT
LSU sucks, the only way you should consider going there is if they offer you a full ride + you plan on going to graduate school later on, in which case undergrad doesn't matter and you can pad your GPA.
judging by your moniker, you sound like you're a minority (middle eastern? I am too), so even if you're not top 10% but relatively close, chances are TU will probably accept you.. but I don't recommend you going to that $h!thole.. jk & gig em
Yeah, I hope they do. I should get my letter back from them soon, so I guess I'll be finding out in the near future. I don't know though, if I don't get in I'll probably end up going to Tech, or Nebraska (full ride). I'd really rather not go to Nebraska, but it is free...
