I like the Lakers and Kobe. But it seems like every game when he tries to take over, the Lakers play worst. This has been said many times before by the experts and the media, but I totally agree. But don't get me wrong, when Kobe plays out of this world, it's exciting but the Lakers play worst.

Thank you Orlando. It was a big win for you, and for us. Back to back loses for LA. Kobe played like we were still in 2006. Yeah, 41 points is amazing but his team still loses. If they play as a team they usually win.

This game proves that Bynum is overrated. He is not bad, but just simply overpaid at this moment.

Dwight owned the bejesus out of him

Dwight Howard with some clutch free throws as well down the stretch. Big win for orlando no doubt.

Why in the hell is Kobe taking 30+ shots on this team? What's the stat of the Lakers W-L when he attempts 20+ shots? You can add another loss to that one.

I understand everyones, Kobe takes too many shots so they lose thing, but the problem here is the defense.

I wanted the Fakers to win, but their front-court is pathetic and soft.

Did they have to start sucking now, just before their match with Boston, of all times?

As I said, when they play as an unit they win. If Kobe is old Kobe they usually lose. There is no reason for him to jack up 30 shots. He got his 41 but they lost.

    Absolutely ya right!!

He could explode and smack the smaller defenders but when he faces other big men,he ain't nowhere near them.

    Ain't it nice? :D

The Lakers are facing serious adversity for the first time this season. It was inevitable and the question is how they react to it. Their flaws are becoming plain as day. Even though they are the most talented team in the West, their mental makeup is bad. Bynum needs to stop playing like a lazy slob. Lamar "Spaceman" Odom needs a heart transplant. Sasha has regressed after getting his guaranteed $15 million.

Now is when PJ earns his money. He must bring this immature bunch together and make them understand again it all starts with defense. Things (including their schedule) were too easy early on and some of their players forgot they have to do more than just show up at games.
