i am from China.many steve fans in China too,we want steve ,no matter how many minitues and how many points he got.just get on court.also we want to see again,YAO pass the ball to him ,he dunk ,like 2003 ALL STAR show,we want him hang on the basketry,and one finger point to YAO.
i don`t agree with you ,win is better,but we still follow the rocket ,not celtics.even he not play for rocket,he like rocket as much as us,we can feel that,he is a kid of rocket,always,we care about him.
The Rockets had a full scrimage this week then SF3 didnt even get to dress for the game. What does that tell you?
Maybe... Steve needs more time to be in game shape? His rehab wasn't finished before the offseason, so he didn't have the whole summer to get in game shape.
No one is against it but it gets annoying when people keep talking about something happening when the reality is that all signs say it will not happen.
I saw Steve at the game last night 'warming up' at half time and he looked horrible. He was shooting hook shots from 20 ft and shooting threes with excessive arc and air balling them. If I were a player trying to get time on this team, I would take being on the court with the other players a little more seriously. I dunno, maybe some people won't look into what I saw too much but I saw a guy who won't be playing any time soon based on his body language.
I'd love to see this action defended, but it probably won't be. it'll be excused because its the beloved "steve-o!" it is a known fact that steve has not been the most "professional" baller in the L. it is also known that steve is not a fixture a rocket practices. yet people still think he should be playing. the man hasn't been a contributor on a team in years, was never a heady player, was never a good defender, had major surgery... ...yet people still think he should be playing. mmmmmkay
he will play 2night mark my words. Lol well hopefully. Brooks played 44 mins. Head still proves that he can't run the point and is a 2 guard. Steve its your turn to shine on the road once again
It doesn't tell us anything. He came in and won a game for us last season after not sniffing the court the first couple of weeks. It's just like when Mutombo came in and did more than fine as our starting center after Adelman had refused to give him any backup minutes for so long.
Adelman's said he won't play Francis for bit minutes. The only way Francis gets on the court is if Brooks, Barry, and Head struggle early on and badly.
