Hope this thread title wasn't misleading, but I finally managed to get a hold on NBA LP Broadband, and now I can't watch the Rockets game due to blackout... I live in Canada. I saw the phone number for NBA LP posted a while ago, skimmed through the pages in this topic, and couldn't find the thread. So if anyone can let me know what the number is, it would be greatly appreciated.
on ur league pass thing it should have a "FEEDBACK" button on the bottom right of ur screen. You can email them or try to find a phone number from there.
NBA LP definitely screwed up the blackout rule based on IP. I am considering suing NBA LP. No kidding here.

But what would be the use? I've tried to do so before just to get the chance to purchase the Broadband. Then looking for an IP masker, couldn't find one that worked as it should. Anyway, none of my games should be blacked out, I don't live in the regions of any of the teams in the NBA. The Raps being the closest, I wouldn't mind blackouts on them since I have their games on TV already. Anyway, LP is getting a call from me tomorrow. Again.
I am having the same problem. Im in NJ and have been blackedout of a few rockets games that are no where near this local area. Does anyone know why this problem is happening? Has anyone talked to nba lp bb support about it and gotten an answer?
i think blackouts vary depending on location. they determine by using your IP address or where your internet connection is located. when i was in SF, i got blackouts on denver, NJ, knicks, and pacers games. now i'm in cali for break, i only get blackouts on the home teams (lakers/clips). so it varies.
Yes I see that. I'm sure you're not the only one who's gone through that too. But it's just weird in my case because I live in Canada, Montreal to be precise. Nowhere near any of the cities ANY team plays in. It's frustrating.
yea, that would be frustrating. i would ask for money back or demand the rockets be shown. i mean after last night's game and the potential the team showed, i would be hella pissed if i don't get the rockets lol.
