    Pargo, along with Alston and Felton, was one of the few PGs averaging under 40% from the field for his career. The Hornets just had such a weak bench that he got minutes.

    Apparently, he was deniable to at least 3 NBA teams by the time he was 27. Then he found a significant role on an extremely weak NO bench before bolting overseas. He'll be 30 next year and was never anything special compared to others at his position in the best league in the world. Almost every player in the NBA has talent. It's all relative.

    Brooks and Pargo are about the same thing. He wouldnt add any different element than the Rockets already have. Biggest thing he'd do is fill depth, like an additional Bobby Jackson type option that moves Head out the rotation. And maaaybe not possibly get as worked over on defense as Brooks.

    I think the unofficial rule is...

    you can post about any trade, any player getting cut, any free agent, .... or basically anything else about any team or player in the NBA as long as you finish with something like "can the Rockets get him?". By ending it with that sentence, it magically qualifies as being a GARM thread.
