After much deliberation, it has become clear that Francis should be our future power forward. Before you laugh, think about it. He is a great rebounder. He does not even try and he gets 5 a night. If that were to be one of his main jobs, he could get 10 rpg - easy. Also, he is a great jumper. He may only be 6'3" but add 40" to that amd he towers over Tim Duncan.

Then, add his amazing offense (35% on 3's is a huge plus). He will be one of the highest scoring 4's in the league. With his great ballhandling and passing he will be known as the greatest passing big man in the history of the league.

Ok, so people are thinking that his defense will suffer. My first argument is look at Mugsy Bogues. At 5'3", he covers guys who are a whole foot taller. What power forward is 7'3"? Steve will be able to get a steal nearly every time. If a big player wants to back him down, he can do the old "move back quickly when the guy is pushing on you so that he falls down and is called for traveling" move.

Yes, it would all be so perfect. In the draft we can safely get Mateen and he and Francis can team up as the Stocton-Malone tandem for this decade.

why not take it a step further ? have stevie be the guy that replaces hakeem. I mean he may have trouble guardign shaq, but if he takes shaq out on the perimeter, im sure he can do some damage. Zo is only 6'10", so he is only 7 inches taller then steve.

"Don't they get cable in Canada ?" Keith olbermann, after watching hakeem block terry catledge's shot 5 times.

    Francis is the next Malone!!

AND, this way the Rocks will keep SA and Mobes. Francis shall become the new breed of Power Forward.
