Up 97-94 with a matter of seconds left. Gets fouled on 3 pointer and misses all 3 free throws. Baron Davis hits a 3 to send it to OT on the next play.

Blake is again on the line in OT with a chance to ice it, and again he blows it.

Clippers force double OT and eventually take the game in Portland.

He had a chance to seal the game at the end of regulation and he missed 4 out of 5 free throws. Baron sends it to OT with a 3 pter at the buzzer at the end of regulation and Clippers win in double OT. Good for the Rockets I guess, because they'll be playing a very tired Clippers team tomorrow.

A clear upgrade over Alston

He screwed up in the clutch in the Magic game also.

To be fair, he did hit the game winner against the Raptors a couple of games back.

Exactly what I thought. Nick never recovered from that embarrassment.

They need to give a talent like Bayless more playing time like the above poster said anyways. Atleast he can shoot.

    Wasn't it a bank?

So technically a shocking miss that was off by so far that it found another way home!

No, Blake's was a straightaway 3-pointer from beyond the key. Swish! Turkey-Glue's 3-pointer at the buzzer that beat the Blazers on Tuesday was a lucky bank.

Blake's choke job last night was inexcusable. Haven't seen anything like that since Nick the Brick. How often does one player even attempt 5 FTs in 20 seconds? I knew the game was over when BD tied it.

    Ah right!!

Were they back to back days or something? It all felt so close together that it rolled into one in my memory...

It wasn't back to back but the Blazers opening schedule has been absolutely brutal. Fatigue is one of the reasons they weren't able to put away the Magic and Clips and lost both games because of buzzer beating shots.
