"Hate" is too special of a word for me. I haAAt.e the Jazz! Spurs? Mavs? Sorry, doesn't register on my hate meter. try as I might I can't even hate the Lakers without feeling like I'm diluting the meaning of the word. I don't really even hate the fact Kobe (that nappy head) is considered sexier than Cuttino. I do think I hate Dennis Miller, though.
i don't hate utah. i respect john stockton too much to hate them. dislike their dirty play, hell yea. hate, nah. hate is reserved for the spurs, as far as i'm concerned. their condescention is unparalleled in the nba. seriously, i have never met cockier, more condescending fans of a team that has a history of being soft b****es in my life.
i like the mavs better, because san antonios so friggin boring to watch. and plus, we actually beat dallas(that forty point win early in the season was the high point of the year). but the spurs "own us" (not saying much do to our play the past couple of years) and always seem to beat us. next year well have san antonios monkey and then theyll c whats goin on.
Sorry to see that so many Rocket fans hate the Spurs. But I suppose that is par for the course, because I expect most Spurs fans hate the Rocketeers. As far as the Spurs fans not having any knowledge of BBall, you must have had one too many skunky beers. Most long time Spurs fans have as much knowledge of the game as any Rocket fan of long time. As for me, I am always a Texan and support any team from Texas. It just so happens that I support the Spurs first and formost. You Rocket fans ought to recognize the Spurs for the class act that they are. How often do you find players that have degrees and are actually understandable in their interview? You will be hard pressed to find another team around the league that is as cerebral as the Spurs are and do not have a rap sheet. But the final winning point is .... you don't see any of the players on the Spurs wearing those gayblade sweatbands on their head. Jezz Louise, will someone step up and be a man.
