0-6 from the field, 0-2 from the 3, 1-2 from the line in 10 min of play. 1 assist.

lol. How can he touch the ball 6 times in 10 min.

Remember when he averaged 20ppg the season after he left.

So worthless. I figured he was here to stay so I made him my monkier...

He just got benched, I don't know... He's not SUPPOSED to be this bad, but wtf.

    Pass the ball!

You have 1 rebound 1 assist, a steal, but you miss 6 times? in 10 min?

    that's well over 10 possesions.

This guy is totally washed-up,I'm glad we did trade him for Rafer,at least Skip 2 my lou still contribute to us night in and night out. :D

I had no idea why the Coach of the Wiz insisted to put him on the floor while doing nothing just blowing the chances.

Haha, I remember getting in some pretty heated debates over whether Rafer was a better PG than Mike James after we traded him. Needless to say, I think I won those discussions.

I don't know if James even qualifies as a PG. The guy is a complete ball hog. He rarely passes the ball which is why I could not stand him when he was on the Rockets. Too much dribbling and he wouldn't get the team into the offense.

he's the PG, he touches the ball on every possession which should be about twice a minute.

now, it's still remarkable that he was able to get off 6 shots out of touching the ball roughly 20 times. especially when nothing went in.

    link

"This trade strengthens and energizes our backcourt by giving us a veteran guard in Mike James who can help us immediately with his stability and scoring ability and a young guard in Javaris Crittenton who can help us now and in the future with his athleticism," Wizards president Ernie Grunfeld.

    DOH!

It's understandable if the Wiz wanna free up some cap space, since Mike James is an expiring (If I'm right).

But Antonio Daniels only eat up around 6 mil whiles James eat up 5 mil, nothing too much is gained from that. Not to mention, they gave away a conditional first round pick for it.

So what in the hell are the wizards planning to do? Win, or make more bone headed moves. They have already signed big long term contracts with players that are more fragile than McGrady (Arenas) and players that are at their prime (Antawn Jamison).

I am beginning to be more and more convinced that the Wizards don't actually have a base to their plans at all. They're doing stuff for the sake of doing something to please the fans.

That 50 mil contract with Jamision and that 100 + mil contract with Arenas will ensure they will have a hell of a painful season to come.

    He is 33.

People talk like his skills just disappeared for no reason. He is a 6'2" guy who relies on his quickness. It is pretty much common sense that his game will deteriorate as he reaches his mid 30s.

BTW if you didnt see the commercial, Mike James will be on Supernanny tonight!

    I agree.
But decline, deteriorate, and fall off the face of the earth almost overnight is separate levels. You can still hit an open jumper now and then without quickness. Its like his eyes and depth perception have deteriorated too.
