Here we go again. Houston v. Air Force but this time in Cow Town, not Big D. This game is at 11 a.m. on NYE so I'll be there.

Case Keenum, who leads the nation in passing, will be looking to clip the 5,000 passing mark while looking to become UH's all time single-season leading passer.

UH will be looking for its first bowl win since the 1980 Garden State Bowl which was 35-0 over Navy.

    GO COOGS!

You can get end zone seats for $20 at the Armed Forces Bowl website. Or you you can get $40 lowers on the UH side at UH ticket office.

Well ... looks like Houston has suddenly become the home of superior football offenses -- the Texans have the 3rd most prolific offense in the NFL, UH has the #1 offense in the country, and Rice has the 10th most prolific offense in the country.

7 of the top 10 offensive teams in college football are from either Texas or Oklahoma.

UH, Rice, Texas, Texas Tech, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, and Tulsa.

I always root for Rice and UH, they are Houston's only hope in college sports, and at least have some positive history or legacy from years - errrrrr - decades past.

    Go UH and Rice :D

I wish UH or Rice would be a little more defense orientated. They are number one in offense, yes, but that still leaves them far from ranked. The past many years are showing us in football, an offense happy team is limited.

LOL is this a joke? Yes, I'm aware that the Coogs won the practically meaningless CUSA tournament. Rice swept the coogs in baseball last year and proceeded to march to Omaha, yet again. UH got plunked in yet another regional round. Rice did not play the Coogs in the CUSA tourney, and mailed it in there because they had already clinched a home regional and a national seed.

If there is one thing that is true and certain, it is that Rice completely PWNS UH in baseball. It's as one-sided as you can get. What's sad is that baseball is UH's most successful men's "main sport" (out of football, basketball, baseball). Complete domination by the Owls

Football and baseball. We've been to four straight bowl games, so it's not fair to say baseball is our best. We're tough in both sports. And we're getting very competitive in basketball. We still OWN Rice in every other sport and we still have our CUSA bling ring from baseball tournament championship. Don't hate :p Rice still sucks

Baseball is your best sport at UH because you frequently are ranked in the top 25. I can't remember the last time the coogs were ranked in the top 25 in football.

Please just settle into your role with Rice being your Daddy in all sports. TIA

In all sports? Quit smoking that Rice weed. You're getting delusions of grandeur. We OWN you in football, basketball, track, tennis, donkey back riding, ping pong, air hockey and everything else.
