It would be really funny if he started in the All-Star game....but I doubt the NBA would allow this to happen. Remember last year, T-Mac was up on Iverson then on the last day of voting, Iverson leap-frogged over T-Mac by more than 100,000 votes. That's very fishy and proves that Marbury won't make it in even if he gets enough votes.

Can you believe what humility it will bring to him have Mike D'antoni sit him on the bench the entire game? It will be karma at its finest. I joined the Starbury bandwaggon. The first couple of years I collected his basketball cards hoping he would make it big time, had a lot of rookies. It is not working out so well, but an all star starter selection wouldn't hurt his creds.

I don't get why this makes Starbury a bad person. Just because he's profiting as well doesn't mean that he isn't offering 15 dollar shoes. And just because a company went bankrupt doesn't mean they aren't responsible for the money they owe. (Well....um....he at least has the right to sue) That article is so biased it's ridiculous. Marbury is a world class wack job, but the guy cares about the community. He donated a million dollars after Katrina. I don't see alot of other players or regular people donating 1/20th of their yearly salary, and he genuinely cared. On topic, yes, the NBA All-Star game is rigged.
