Who are your favorite team announcers? Other than the Rockets' broadcast crew, if that's your answer. Only team crews though, no national ones. Mine are the Warriors. Jim Barnett and Bob Fitzgerald. They can get pretty homer, but it's nowhere near as bad as most of the announcers in the league. They always give the other team their due and they know what they're talking about. Yesterday they were heaping praise on Yao and the Rockets (mostly Yao) and they showed a relatively deep knowledge of the team. It was nice to hear. They broadcast a game pretty well.
I, too, like the Kigns announcers. I also like the Nets' crew. The WORST announcers, by far, reside here in Denver.
I second OP, Fitz and Barnett are my favorite announcers. Fitzgerald can get very homer at times slurping on dudes like a cheap w****, but Barnett calls it like it is and is really knowledgeable about the game.
Clippers'. They always joke around during the game. Raptors' are pretty good as well. The one i hate: Boston's.
im an out-of-towner to SF/Oakland, i agree that they make an excellent broadcasting team. Stu is great as the analyst, but Joel Meyer, the possessor of a deep pipe, is too bland / monotonic as a Basketball announcer. his golden pipe is just great for football, not basketball. replace Meyer with the radio announcer, Spiros Dedes, would improve the TV broadcasting team quite a bit. not as good as the LAkers team, even with Meyers No, the WORST are the ones from China broadcasting Yao's game. They have a limited Basketball vocabulary reflecting their lack of basketball knowledge.

Exactly what lies inside me.I hate 'em,hate their voices! Last time I watched the preseason game in which Tmac gave a whack to the 'Stupid-ass' Walker,I heard 'em noise around and show alot of biases! I like Bill and Matt pretty much,also I do like Kings announcers!
You are do damn right. Nowadays people can watch Rox games via justinTV and atdhe with American announcers. It's nice to hear the commentary even if it's not FSN Houston. If you hear the Chinese announcers you always here "aiya" like 100 times which means "ewwwww". Guess what, that's the sound they make when somebody bricks his shots.
Everytime I watch chinese television broadcasted rox games,I turn off the volume and listen to the radio online in case I could enjoy the game.Sometimes it's just difficult to find a Justin.tv broadcaster to deliver the game for us.
The Lakers announcers. They rarely display their homerism, and don't mind pointing out players mistakes. They also praise the other teams players if they are playing well. I only watch Lakers games other than some Rockets games, so I don't have too much exposure to others.
