Francis and Brand Race should come down to the wire

It looks like the ROY race is going to be really close. Francis was just voted rookie of the month (March). But if u look at the espn poll, it has elton brand crushing francis 52 percent to around 34 percent. Brand has better stats, but Francis seems to have more leadership and he is probably more valuable to his team. I think Francis' style of play will also contributed. I'm a little worried, but I think Francis will pull it out in the end. It will be very close.

Sorry about that, it's my first time. It boils down to this-Schick (who sponsors the whole rookie review thing) wants Elton Brand to win because he is one of their five rookie spokespersons and Steve Francis isn't. The NBA wants Francis to win because he is much more marketable. The solution, Steve Francis and Elton Brand are co-rookie of the year. Or, Elton Brand just wins the damn award.
