plantar fasciitis is horrible to have. it feels like someone is stabbing your feet with a knife when you first take a step in the morning.
This injury is caused by being too heavy. Dorsey should try to lose some weight. Also, wearing special shoes or soles can cure this.
rockets medical staff strikes again, dude said hes had it since training camp and it only gets looked at now? whats with you guys saying "oh how does he get injured when he doesn't play" hm............. practice maybe?
it's a stress injury inflammation of the plantar fascia (which is a tissue in the foot) even non-athletes sometimes get it, so he's still pounding on that foot during practice, and even everyday walking can agitate it
He's going to have pain in that foot for the rest of the year unless he shuts it down longer.......2 weeks is not enough time. It's the same injury Mario Williams had his rookie seasons, it took most of the offseason to heal up.
Yao had stress fracture of his foot, meaning his bone was had crack. While Dorsey's symptom mainly result from inflammation of the foot tissue. Not thing very serious, he just need to rest.
