Couldn't watch the game at work.

Amare and Dirk seem having a scoring game. Both give up defence on each other or what?

NBA TV has Portland @ Chicago classic on right now...good to see the first Phil vs Rick rivalry as coaches.

I see the next game going down to the wire and the Nuggets winning.

wouldve been intereseting to see how things wouldve changed had portland not blown a 17 point lead in this 6th game...game 7 wouldve been great

however if blazers wouldve won, we may never have gotten drexler...at least a hungry one

yeah, drexler coming to houston was like kg and ray allen going to boston.
there was very little needed for olajuwon and him to gel.

You do realize it's worse for the Rockets if the Spurs win, right? Or are you a Spurs fan first?

Mike Fratello and Reggie Miller are the most boring announcers.

Firstly, I need to make a declaration, Im a Rockets fan, pure Rockets fan,Nuggets ranking ahead of us, 3rd in the west, while we the 4th, if the Nuggets loss, we can have chance to go forward. Spurs is ranking 9th in the west. No more, that is my only reason

I agree, they're pretty dull. My favorite is Van Gundy, Jackson and Breen by far.

It's only that way if the Spurs end up edging out the Rockets to finish 1st in our division. If you meant it should be instinctive for a Rockets fan to root against the Spurs, I can understand that.

I'm more concerned with winning the division to guarantee home court advantage in the playoffs. I guess I misunderstood the meaning of "I like Spurs much" in your first post.

If the Nuggest finish ahead of us, as long as we win our division, we get HCA in the 1st round. I would rather see teams in our division lose at this point of the season.

That's compared with players in Nuggets, I like Duncan and Ginobil more than Anthony..

Winning your division doesn't guarantee home court advanage in the playoffs.

Charles Barkley just said something I agree with: Pop is the smartest coach in the NBA, PJ included.

I guess that was the rule they changed. So winning your division only guarantees a top 4 seed in the 1st round but not HCA, right? Better record gets HCA regardless?

Pay less attention to winning the division, we need ourselves to perform well, to win as many as we can.
