For (I think) the 3rd year in a row, are the Lakers going to roar out strong to start the season with a bunch of homes games only to skid when they go on the first couple of road trips?

I don't think so this time, but I wonder how they lost this game?

But we lost at home and had a double digit lead in the 4th with 5 minutes left. :(

So they're not as great as everyone is making them out to be at least not yet.

Makes me feel a lil bit easier about our loss.

Almost any night is a good night when the (Lakers/Jazz/Mavs) lose...it would be one of the best things in the world to see all three teams to get knocked out of the playoffs at the same time in the first round of the playoffs.

That's a day we could really party and celebrate... ;)

That type of free throw disparity is absolutely ridiculous. Why doesn't the league just gift wrap the title for the Lakers now? It is the holiday season after all.

Take a look at the shot chart for the game and see how many long range shots from 2 the Pacers took

Can't believe the Los Angeles Kobes managed to lose with that many freethrows.

Indiana got 21 times of free throw, not 17
