My roommate took advantage of a black friday best buy deal in which he purchased a sony bravia 42 inch TV and a sony bravia home theater system. Here's the link for the home theater system..notice that it says that an ipod cradle is included... http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage...11138&ci_sku=8897606&nAID=11138&ref=39&loc=01 A huge reason why he bought this package was for the included cradle, but when he opened the box, the ipod cradle was no where to be found, and there was no mention of it in any of the manuals. He's already been back to best buy, but they have not given him the ipod cradle, even though it is listed as being included in the home theater system.
Are you sure there's not an iPod dock built into the top of that thing? Can't tell from the pictures. What did BB tell him? Otherwise, yeah he got ripped off.
Looks like it's supposed to have the ipod dock included to me too. I would bet that Best Buy will blame it on the manufacturer. But I would tell your roommate not to leave Best Buy without a dock.
