The law firm I'm working at needs someone for the time that I'm not here. It'd be around 15-20 hours a week, around $10/hr. Very small firm downtown with 5 other kickass, nice as can be attorneys/paralegal. The work consists of a little filing, a little copying, a little running to the bank, basically whatever they need. I will say this, outside of my best job ever (thank you again Major), this has been my favorite job. A little caveat...the salary will be based on experience. If you don't have any, they'll probably start you off a little lower, but when you show them what a great worker you are, I'm positive they'll raise it. E-mail me at bgifford@thnlaw (not my normal e-mail) or respond here. Clutch, I assumed this was OK...if not, I apologize-RM95
Rocketman95 -- I defintely know someone who's looking for a job in Austin so if the spot is still open, please email cervantes41@mail.com.
It's definitely still open. Does he/she have any experience in law (worked at a law firm, taken any classes, generally bright, etc.)?
i'll translate what RM95 meant to say...does she have tig bitties? fo anyone that is offended by that...the devil made me do it.
Her prior working experience unfortunately is limited to retail. However, she's incredibly intelligent, has maintain around a 4.0 thus far in college (she's a soph), and spent a semester abroad in Japan. If you don't mind, I'm going to put her in direct contact with you via email.
Whoops and I just lied, she DOES have experience, having worked in the financial aid office at her college and at Halliburton here in Houston.
She's a History major at Mary Baldwin up in Va but she'll be attending St.Edwards in Austin in the fall.
Well, I told her to email you so that the two of you could discuss this further. She'll prolly tell you Aaron [me ] -- just so you know who she's talking about. Thanks for the opportunity.
