FTMFW!!!! Had to que in line this morning at 5am. Scored five for the family. BTW fat sh-ts who show up with dollys, portable coolers, & boxes to buy twenty at a time FTL. I love pie.
Damn I hear about this place every holiday season. Are the really that good? Maybe I should get one and decide for myself.
^^^ We iz from the southern cone so nobody in my family knows how to make pies. The pies made at FSPC are the best and probably the closest I've tasted to home made. Buttery crust that melts in your mouth ....hmmmmm. Becaus of the all natural ingredients used the pies won't last more than 3 three days (5 if you keep them in the fridge). I purchased 2 apple, one pumpkin, one chocolate, and one bannana.
there is a company in Conroe called "Pie in the Sky Co.". They are off of 336 and 2854. They make excellent pies. Anyone ever had buttermilk pie?
Do they have Blackbottom pie? Easily my favorite but the only place I've been to that has it is House of Pies.
Homemade Coconut Cream Pies FTW!! And by homemade I mean the pudding and all <a href="http://s162.photobucket.com/albums/t268/MakAttack_photos/?action=view¤t=Pies008.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t268/MakAttack_photos/Pies008.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
Good memories... Especially the last flavor mentioned^... Love the murals painted on the walls there. Mmmm. Makes me miss Houston even more.
This place is awesome, but we didnt get them this year. I saw the lines yesterday on the news....crazy.
When I lived in Houston, we use to go to House of Pies...Boston Cream Pie...Coconut Cream Pie...mmmm...
Sorry guys, but I just had another slice of the Coconut Cream Pie that Mak Attack posted, and I don't see how Flying Saucer or anyone else bake something better than that slice of heaven.
