Hope what you say could be marked as the turnaround like the game we lost to Philly, We need to finish strong in the forth quarter and stop playing stagnant offense  Then again,we just didn't move the ball well sometimes.

Then we gon take on SA with Manu back in the lineup, does T-Mac still rest in that game ?

Did Brooks even play in the 2nd half? I don't remember seeing him. I was getting my hair twisted so I may have missed him.

I place a lot of blame on Ron for this one. He missed quite a few layups throughout the game, and then his attempts at the end were just horrible. Also, Granger got way too many open midrange jumpers. Artest is to big to fight around those screens and contest the shots; Adelman's to blame for that one though.

You are a 7'6" Center who is supposed to be the leader of this team and a perennial All Star.

When you receive the ball underneath the basket with the game on the line, I dont care who is on you, THE BALL SHOULD GO IN THE BASKET AT ANY COST! THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THAT!

I am not blaming the loss solely on Yao, but if he is going to be one of the greats, which I believe he has the potential to be, he has to take something from the old T-Mac and learn to IMPOSE HIS WILL ON THE GAME!

Ive met greats like Kobe, LeBron, Jordan, Shaq, and let me tell you the difference between them and regular players is that in their minds there is no 'lose'. It is simply not an option. And if you imply that it is, they will call you an A-Hole and dunk in your face.

sounds like bad coaching. if yao gets fronted, you ask him to make a high pick and do a 2man game with scola or brooks. the defense would be forced to go back behind yao. then you do to pick n roll or pick n pop or reposition down low.

Yao is a big tall passive stiff! lacks aggression and will not be anything greater than an average center.

The only solution is to get a decent PG like Billups who runs half-court offense.
Can't see any hope in this team after 16 games, if problem not solved, we are still a regular season team, we are not better than Jazz, Denver, Spurs, even Mavs.

    Worst part about this loss?

Tracy won't be getting his rest.

We were charged with the task of taking care of the bottom feeders of this league while Tracy gets rested, but we can't even do that.

So welcome back Tracy, even though you probably won't change anything about this heartless, soft, trash, bad, etc. team.

It's just a shock loss. Rockets control the game until the final 3 minutes. The last possesion really showing rocket are not calm enough and did not have a good plan.. How can we win in a playoff games?

yao looked like he definitely got hacked the last play but c'mon they're not gonna call that foul.. so yeah yao should have jumped into some bodies or something and force the refs to make the call.. the key for the pacers in the 4th was to front yao and deny him the ball.. i have no idea why more teams don't do this by the way... bottom line is no one else stepped up in the 4th on the offensive end..
