Miners get down to the Coogs 44, but the hail may falls incomplete. 42-37 Coogs, final. *sigh* ****in' Miners.
Was a very exciting game. I listened on the radio. Forget about some boring Big 12/SEC stuff. The center of the college football universe next week is obviously Rice Stadium
When Case threw that INT on the 2 point try he dove at the Utep player going to the endzone and came up a shoelace short... he was laying on the ground, face down, looked like he wanted to just die right there... then he heard me, right in front of him, yell "Get up and score again!"... he looked over, gave a thumbs up, and went and won the game. Case Keenum for Heizman
I wasn't worried for a bit ... these Coogs are the masters of comeback wins. We're used to it by now.
Oh yeah, it was all me baby! CUSA Championship Scenarios: 1. We beat Rice, we host. 2. Rice beats us, Tulsa beats Marshall, Tulsa hosts. 3. Rice beats us, Marshall beats Tulsa (in Huntington), Rice hosts. East team is probably going to be ECU.
Yeah...we just tend to lose to bad teams sometimes. :-/ I like what Sumlin is doing though. If this team keeps improving on defense we could end up in top 25 rankings next two years.
This was a gut check game for our Coogs. UTEP played us tough. UH showed character by battling back and never gaving up. C-USA Champs! O O G S !
Holy crap...what a way to win...love the comebacks for what they are, but don't like sweating it out...
awesome game and crowd was loud and packed! i'm sad that it's the last home game of the year and probably the last football game of my college days since i'm a senior
wat It was a great game, but student section aside (and even they took their sweet time to show up), the attendance was pathetic. There's no reason that we shouldn't draw at least 25,000 for Senior Day on a day with PERFECT weather. BEAT RICE
