Landry wasn't even on the floor for 3 of the 4 fouls on Dwight.

It's a very nice game but I am a little disappointed with Arron Brooks. In 16:37 pt he got 1 ast 1 to 6 fouls 8 pts. Sure he can knock down shots but he cannot create for others and his defense is just disaster. Too me he is more like an undersized sg than a pg. Do we need to get another back pg?

So just because Howard puts up massive stats means he is a far better center? Well if you have to be the best, you have to beat the best, and Yao honestly makes Howard look like a child.

Furthermore, please give the ball to Yao, its unacceptable that Rafer takes more shots than him.

Offense was good, bearable to watch 48% shooting, and 39% from three and 23 asts and limited turnovers so overall a good offensive game.

Defense in the second half on Lewis was excellent, Good win.

Another solid performance of Yao. Now I am thinking what triggered that. Maybe Yao just needs to sit out for one game or two to refill his energy. Given our current rotation, maybe we can afford Yao with less minutes vs. lower tier teams.

I thought that should've been the plan all of along, I don't think it will matter, if Yao sits out against the teams, like the Thunder, Grizzlies, and Bobcats. I would say it wouldn't hurt the team a great deal, or even if Houston is enjoying a big winning streak or a winning month. It would be nice to see him, play 82 games, but it is not going to happen (like Shaq). The Rockets have become a good enough playoff team where he doesn't always have to be on the floor for them to win, same with T-Mac. It should be ok to sit them, if they are hurting for a game or a week or two. I think getting them to April in one piece is the main key now, like T-Mac said they know they can win regular season games...so concentrate on the playoffs.

we all love brooks, but he has to improve his playmaking (which is subpar right now) if he wants more minutes away from rafer.

and he should reduce his turnovers.
    however, he's young still.

SVG's press conference after the game:

    http://boss.streamos.com/wmedia/nba/teams/magic/112208_press.asf

    - He didn't think the Magic made any more mistakes than the Rockets, just missed a ton of open looks in the second half
    - Yao's size bothered Dwight
    - Foyle did a good job defending Yao
    - AJ did a good job milking the matchup
    - JJ played well, but just missed some open shots

He is worth more IMO but then the Rockets is near lux tax. I still can't believe
the management wanted to scope him for 3 mil during the summer.

I don't think he named Brooks. Really, Johnson was burning Brooks and Barry.
