great game...rox should keep playing like this, post yao deep down low, when he is doubled, yao can pass it, and opens ups TMAC or artest or whoever can shoot the 3s

4th quarter was SICK. 1st three quarters sucked balls.

    Awesome win though!

great win tonight for the rockets. although they were really sluggish during the first half, they really stepped it up in the second. the thing that i liked was the great ball movement in the last quarter. they had that extra pass to create a quality point. our free throw wasn't good and rafer made some bad decisions during the fastbreaks. however, our big 3 looked great and so is our bench. i'm glad t-mac played well tonight too. overall, i think ball movement was the key in the fourth. great win tonight..GO ROCKETS!!!

You can't count on tmac making all those 3s every game. Happy with the win but the rox need to play for 48 minutes not 12.

3pt clinic from houston :) . yao blocks a shot at the end too

tmac explodes in the 4th quarter finally. he needs to do that more often. but ya, we be ballin.

nice game from broolandry, our 2 headed monster on the bench. hopefully none of you benched them today on ur fantasy teams

Guys I really think I am psychic lol...

When I went to the Mavs game the other night and during pre game warm ups, I got this feeling that we weren't going to win and we weren't ready then right from the tip Mavs took like a 10-0 lead. Then tonight I wasn't really paying attention closely to the first 3 quarters but saw we were playing like crap, I did not get worried one bit. When Tmac came in the 4th I said to myself and the comeback starts now...Tmac busts 2 threes...and we know the rest... :D

i think we've all given up on yao regarding rebounds. it's been the same thing his entire career. he's never going to be a dominant rebounder. blatche and mcghee just toyed with him on the boards. yao only got TWO defensive rebounds in 33 minutes.

but the great thing is that yao did direct the offense and really looked patient and finding out where to pass the ball. that was the first time he has done that all year. i don't know if it's a one game thing or it's just his favorite team (the wiz), but yao looked special on offense.

i hope this will make him more aggressive offensively. we really need the yao of old on offense. his rebounding and defense just have to be helped out by the others.

and tracy played within himself tonight. and if these are the types of shots he's going to get when he gets healthy, he's going to be ridiculously dominant.

    ron played well too.

landry and brooks really kept us in the game before our stars sealed the deal.

Told you Yao should be #1 option and T-mac should 99% of the times play off the ball !! Why can't we be consistent and play like this from the start, then we would've blown them out. Some positives:
    - Yao got more touches, dunked like a man and blocked some nice shots
    - Landry was a beast again and showed Hayes & Scola how to do it
    - Brooks again came up big and we couldn't have done this without him (BEST PLAYER SO FAR THIS SEASON AND PLAYER OF THE GAME!!)
    - 4th quarter and the monster dunk start by Artest, the steal and drive by
    T-mac too

    Negatives:
    - Motionless offense
    - Artest not using his strengths
    - FT shooting, 2nd night in a row
    - T-mac useless for most of the game
    - Possible problems with Rafer, T-mac & Artest at the beginning
    - Rafer
    - Barry
    - Hayes
    - Scola
    - Wafer

actually he's making his 3s this yr. after this game, he's making 40% of his 3s.

it's his 2s that's hurting him this year surprisingly

one win over the 1-9 Wizards does not say that much, Rockets still need a real back up center, and what's wrong with Barry, he cannot make a damn shot :(

well, not exactly, he was getting double teamed all the time and his outlet pass really helped us big time. we need ball movement. keep the offense flowing and making that extra pass

you gotta feeling we werent gonna win cuz we ddint have yao ming

we won today cuz the wizards arent that good vs west teams cuz theyre in the east. its not hard to mount a comeback in the end vs a team that cant guard you.
