Do your part to prevent empty seats for the last game of the season. Join the CC.net group in section 225 April 14th.

The empty seats have been plentiful throughout the season. In fact, the Rockets have one of the lowest attendace figures in the league. You can attribute those dismal figures to the fact that the team blows and is boring to watch.

Actually for those who enjoy badmouthing the attendance and then there ass don't show either
The reason the seats were empty at 7:30 was alot thought the game was at 8:00 as stated on the ticket.
The game was moved back to 7:30 which quite a few who don't read paper much would not know this.
Thus the reason why the empty seats last night.
New starting lineup introduction last night as well...Not bad
After around 7:45 close to 8:00 the seats were filled as normal.

If your gonna b**** about the attendance problem and not show yourself then your no better than the next playoff bandwagon fan.

Wanna do something about attendance? SHOW UP or SHUTUP

You know what i feel! This is the best time to be a Rocket Fan!

    Why? BECAUSE ITS NOT POPULAR!
I would rather watch on TV than get horrible seats, but lately you just buy some mediocre seats and MOVE ON DOWN!!

Its great because the people there now are real fans! Not some corporate monkey trying to impress his date by using the word illegal screen every five minutes.

For years it was impossible to score good seats and now we complain?

you people will never be satisfied!

Best time to be a fan is when your team is not doing too well. It is nice to get rid of the bandwagoners and be around the real fans. I only caught the beginning of the game so I was real surprised to see all of the empty seats. Stark contrast to the mid-90s when half of the Alamodome would almost be Rockets fans for games in SA.

Just because you criticize the team doesn't mean you're not a fan. I'm a huge fan of the Rockets...but I criticize them. I do the same with the Astros. I love them and root like crazy for them. But when the game is over, my "fandom" doesn't blind me to the results on the court. You don't have a monopoly on being a Rockets fan by simply ignoring the fact they're not a very good team right now....nor for ignoring that the fact they're not a very good team is a direct reason why people aren't showing up (particularly when you consider their tickets are among the most expensive in the NBA)

I love being a fan when the team is down. I go to games with pride, wear the gear with pride, and defend the Rockets with pride whenever someone disses them. Now next year, when they start winning a lot again, I'll smear it all in the bandwagoners' faces. :D
