Since the Rockets need a sf and a center for the future which one i better at the two best prospects?

    Qyntel Woods vs. Caron Bulter

    Curtis Borchardt vs. Yao Ming

I believe Bulter and Borchardt have the advantage because they have played in stronger conferences than the other two. But, Ming and Woods could certainly become super stars in the league.

    So what do u think???
Who is the better choice at each position???

Ming is a STUD, I predict he'll lead the league in blocks in his first 3 years. my projected rookie stats for Yao

    12 pts 9 rbd 2.4 blk 3 ast

His range and size will give most teams fits.

If houston drafts another fallapart center (Curtis Borchardt) I'll take my ball and go home

Personal opinion? I take Butler and Ming

Ming is risky, but do you want to be good or great? With Borchart, this team can be good, but without other additions, I don't think they can be World Championship good. But Borchart is much more likely to pan out than Ming (maybe).

Ming is our opportunity at a change the game type player like Shaq. Since he is in China, it is very tough to get a legitimate comparison, but he is 7'5" WITH SKILLS!. That is the big difference between Ming and Bradley. Bradley was tall and played like it. Ming, on the other hand, I think has the skills to play tall or smaller than he really is.

He might not pay off, China might not release him, he might not be able to handle the culture, there are hundreds of reasons why Ming might not work out. But me, I take the chance. It is a lot easier to trade for a good player down the road (like Borchart will be) than it is to trade for a superstar (which Ming could be)

Of course, if we get Ming, we as fans will have to be patient with him. He is gonna take a couple of years to really get acclimated and produce at the highest levels.

I don't see why people are even talking about Curtis Borchardt. I have seen him play a lot the past season, and he is a slightly above average NBA stiff. If we draft him I will be pissed. I'm not sold on Ming either, but I would rather take a chance on Ming then to draft a poor poor mans Raef.

I haven't seen Woods play so I can't comment on the 3's. I'll let CD and Rudy handle that.

But do u think Ming would be able to handle NBA centers?

When he played against the united states team, (like two years back) he had a good first few minutes of the game but got into foul trouble. Is that going to be a problem for him when or if he enters the nba and plays with the big boys?

He is right Ming will play well against nba players but his numbers will decrease Nba is much for aggressive play than the overseas players are used to playing
For example look how many times Dirk has been banged up playing NBA ball compared to where he did play.
Dirk when he came in he played hard but he was soft at some points now look at him and he bangs hard fights tooth and nail and loses a few in the process:D
