After all the complaining and criticizing from the Lakers game, it's obvious the Rockets are clearly reading this forum. They addressed all the main problems everyone has been nagging about.

    1. Artest called for a meeting to address team issues.
    2. Yao was more assertive tonight and grabbed 15 boards (especially with both Amare and Shaq on the floor).
    3. Tmac was on fire tonight finally shooting above 50%! WOW!
    4. Rafer made some shots? I felt like he was very fortunate with a lucky bounce on nearly every shot, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

Other than that, I would say the main issue was Artest continuing to struggle with his shooting. But with 3 highly talented players on our roster, we can afford that. And man, what a great game it was to watch tonight! Loved the intensity, drama, and the fact that we won against a good team.

I don't get Artest right now. You can tell he really doesn't konw what to do. It's not just that his shots aren't falling, it's that he's forcing himself into really, really impossible shots. Surely it's just trying to figure out the rest of his team. Once he finds his place in teh rotation (likely off the bench) then he will be solid.

    Great defense though.

Yeah, clearly they have been sending bench guys like Luther and Wafer to read this forum.
Oh, wait a sec, did we just win a game? So maybe after a win, it seems they are listening, and after a loss, they just go back to their ignorant, stupid selves. How self-serving!
    Gee, how old are you?

Yea really...if they read this board everyday after a loss they would be curled up in a fetal position every night before sleep.

they aint answering jack ****. shouldnt expect the rox to start the season steamrolling w/ injuries and everything else. ron tryna get used to the system, tmac playin hurt as usual, and luther head is struggling getting used to warming up the bench.

rox were doing really bad but w/e. odds are always against us, specially in november. west is really tough this season, and as a response our team decided to get tougher :).

Someone needs to throw a drink at Artest and get him fired up. I think thats the only way.

don't all jump on the bandwagon now. think about it. did we really look like a different team? we only had 11 assists and the difference was t-mac finally hitting his shots he usually takes. it looked very similar to the mavs game except t-mac was the scorer instead of artest. the suns just played bad. they had open shots and layups that didnt go in. im not going to say we turned the corner because t-mac could have easily gone 3-15 tonight and the game wouldve been completely different. also the suns don't have a PF who crashes the glass so our poor rebounding wasn't exposed, even though we were still outrebounded.

I want to express my appreciation for Ron Artests actions. He called the meeting for the veterans and today something was visibly different. Ron Artest didnt have a good game but he took a step back from the spot light and comfortably let mcgrady have it. Thats what he needs to do if we are gonna win. He will have his time to shine but when he gets his time it will be when the team really needs it and will make it that much more special. So to see him step aside and take more of a roll player mode today was really good to see. Props to Ron. It is not going un noticed

I wasn't able to watch the game live. But I think even though Ron, had a bad game with very poor shooting. He played as long as TMac. He may not have contributed that much statistically but, I think Ron has continued to show that he will do whatever for our team to win.

Let's just wait for our big 3 to feed off each other's game, then we will be very tough to beat.

Kudos to Ron for calling that meeting. That shows leadership and Will that Ron and the team needs to start playing better during games.

C'mon Rockets fans, stay positive. We need a lot of it in this board. Too much hatin.

Go Rockets! Make our dream season happen! :D

I have a couple of buddies that play in the NBA and the NFL and most of them say that they get on message boards and browse around. Its human nature to see what is said about you. Millions or not
