I'm looking at their roster--man, I never knew Duhon, Chandler, Randolph, Crawford and Robinson had that much firepower, even against soft Memphis. Props to D'Antoni.

so in order for duhon to score double digits, his team has to score at least 100pts? or 130? hahaha, either way god daam htat mustve been a fun game to watch. nate was 8-8fg and 5-53pt.

i woldnt be surprised if knicks were FIGHTING for the 8th spot in the playoffs. only can happen if theyre top 5 or 10 in pts

If all your shots only take 7 seconds of course you're going to score. ;) I have to give it to D'antoni, he has taken basically the same bad team from last year and has them playing competitively. He has put his mark on the team by not even allowing Starbury and Curry on the floor despite all those Knicks fans that want Steph on the floor because they think he is their best player.

The Knicks have always had good individual players... they have just played horrible team bball. D'Antoni is a legit coach with a system that works in the regular season. Guys love to run and gun. Look at Zach Randolph with 6 double-doubles in a row!!!! Maybe he won't be so fat at the end of the season! :D

Under Isiah, the same team had trouble scoring 80 every night.

D'Antoni's system is to run before the defense sets up, therefore having More baskets and Easier shots.

However, that will be a little bit more difficult during the playoffs.

I also feel that people haven't been taking them seriously and are catching teams off guard.

I will have to respectfully disagree here. "Mike D" has never been known for his "toughness" on players. The reason i believe the Knicks are playing so much better than last year is Mike's system and also because if you don't play hard there's plenty of talented (talented used loosely of course) guys willing to chuck up 15+ shots a game for him. Now I'm a new yorker and I'm really happy to see this team that actually comes to play "hard" each day, i haven't been able to say this much in the past few years.
