After reading the comments by everyone on the rockets team. I think the biggest problem we are having right now is the health of Tmac and lack of offense from Alston.

    why alston? well...

We all know that Tmac runs our offense, he is the point guard of our team, without Tmac our offense stagnant as no one would be able to push and pass the ball well. AB is coming close to that, but mayb another yr.

Here comes the problem when tmac obiously not healthy at this point along with Yao. Alston is not keeping the defense honest as they are free to double team anyne not named rafer. We need to rest Tmac and put the ball in Ron's hand and let him run the offense. let him take over and be the man and rest tmac.

so what if we loss some games, but at least tmac is resting and healthy enough to come back. last thing u want to see is an injured tmac.

Also, no Tofu paint clogger. That leave us shrimpy at every position ... a recipe for disaster.

What this team needs right now is practice. I'm talkin bout practice.

We need to go through a stretch like the Lakers did when they had like 3 days off between games. With plenty of practice, we have plenty of opportunities to put more motion into the offense.

What this team needs is health and a committment to defense and rebounding.

im surprised everyone except dada loves artest play so much...if tmac to the rack shot 33% over 7 games, y'all would be bashing the heck out of him

Over 7 games T-Mac's gone .370, so I'm not sure there's a huge difference there.

The biggest problem the team is having right now is no movement of bodies and ball on offense. It is painful to watch at times. They come down and make one pass then EVERYBODY just stands where they are and watch. That is the JVG offense. Dump it in to Yao and wait for a dbl team then he kicks it out for a three. Or throw it to T-Mac, let him break down his defender then shoot it or kick it out for a three. That is soooooo easy to defend. Especially when you have a guy on the floor (rafer) that is shooting only 30%. T-Mac is obviously hobbled so that is not working, Yao is not getting good position and is settling for fadeaways... SO, we need to move the ball and bodies to make the defense move so guys can have an advantage on their defender when they get the next pass. Nobody, except brooks, is getting in the paint for shots.

When batter is back and artest moves to the 2nd unit, adelman will allow him to work in the post, where he has an advantage. He cannot do it now cause Yao needs the post cause he can't make the 15 footer in the high post. (he can make 86% of his FTs but not a set shot from the same spot?)
