Did anyone see the game? I got to watch the end. Spurs were ahead by like two with about a minute to go. Duncan had 3 chances to put the game away, but you how he does it. Choke job. Misses a couple of easy shots and LA goes on to a victory after getting two free throws. Pillows!
Seems like every possession in the fourth quarter was a foul. I guess the Laker's strategy for the playoffs will be to hack and hope the refs swallow their whistles.
I saw the game. I really cant be biased with these two teams. I hate em both equally. I dont think it was a badly officiated game. Duncan just choked like his predecessor David Punk Robinson. Horry and Shaq were playing awesome D on Duncan. The last non-call was kind of wrong though.
I think the last non call was more than kinda wrong, it was blatant that shaq had fouled tim, I thought it was a pretty entertaining game and it was cut short because the reffs are afraid of calling a foul on shaq in the final 2 minutes. I also hate both these teams but would much rather see the spurs win over the fakers. When someone blocks a jump shot the shot usually goes straight up or off to a strange angle, when a person is fouled the shot will be right on line but real short. thats what duncans was, I would hope that NBA refs would have this figured out by now This just gives me another reason to hate wathcing the NBA
um...how about when timmy grabbed kobe's right bicep on the reverse layup attempt??? did you all forget about that? cause i sure didn't! kobe blew by bruce bwen only to have his bicep fondled by tim! NO CALL! so no tears, please, about tim being fouled by shaq!
No offense intended, but have you ever blocked a shot? I know sometimes when I barely get a piece of a jumpshot, without fouling, it will stay on track, but it'll be short. I don't think that's automatically a foul. I could care less who wins this match-up, I just find it amusing that the spurs are to be taken seriously with no cojones.
Who cares about the last non-call? Kobe got hacked by Bowen on the previous possesion for LA. And when Shaq has FIVE fouls, Duncan should've drove on him instead of fading away. You live and learn, TD.
I keep forgetting most people here hate the spurs. . . sorry I live in the NW and we live to hate the lakers. that 4th quarter had plenty of non calls and bad calls its an NBA game. I expect that, but i also expect the reffs to recognize a pivitol point in the game, if they ignore tim being fouled the will probably ignore someone not making a buzzer beater on time. . . . I think they should have called a foul on tim when Kobe was fouled, I also think they should have recognized fishers flop to get to the line and take the lead. I am more disgusted with the reffs of the NBA. It would scare me to see an NBA game called without bias and according to the rules. shaq wouldnt last 10 minutes, none of his freethrows would count because he steps over the line every single time, scoring would plumet because of the travel calls. Players might have to revert to fundametals NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO the nba does not need any of that garbage
Please I dont want to hear about the 2 times you blocked someones shot But when you just barley got a peice did the ball go higher than normal? It usually does, It does not take a nose dive. You would have to get the top of the ball for that
