The post game comments from Pao Reporter: This was supposed to be a very competitive game with Houston's big three coming to town, how were you able to handle this team so well Pao: "They have a good team, we are just better" Now I realise they took us to the woodshed tonight but that is pretty bold for game 6 of the season.
He has a point. They went to the finals last year and they been whooping teams this year. I don't see what's wrong with his statement.
Nice Pao, TMac is not even 80%, Shane has not played this season, and Artest is new to the system. I'll wait till they get to come to H-Town in January and see what his comments will be.
They are better...they play harder, they know their roles, and they deserved this game. The Rockets owe them one. DD
Well we can cry about how Pao didn't consider our feelings when he said the truth, or the Rockets could play better and make us feared enough for other team's players to BS what how they really feel.
it's true. we are not at the elite level (celtics, lakers). i don't expect us to be yet. it's sad we lost by so much, but i didn't expect we would win. if we're playing like this before the playoffs, then i'd really be worried. right now, it's just true we aren't as good.
if this team doesn't get angry after this loss, this team has no heart. they got HUMILIATED, all through down the line. adelman has a lot of work to do. again, i just want to see this team FIGHT. the team we had last yr during the 22 game winning streak that fought the utah jazz didn't have as much talent, but THEY FOUGHT. just fight. let's see how they respond wednesday v. the suns.
They were better last year and so far they are better this year. They have more heart than our team does. They are more healthy than our team is. What is the problem with what he said?
Tonight they were definately better, right now they are probably a better team overall, after the ASB I believe we will be better but as a pro athelete there is such a thing as humility. The statement he made is a little too bold.
I can't imagin anybody on our team except for maybe Brooks, Landry and Scola losing too much sleep over that game....T-mac is probably cutting up and laughing it off at a club already T-mac has NO FIGHT in him
he's got a point,as of now,we're nowhere near the Fakers,they're just better than we are give the fact that we were pwned tonight. we still have a lot to handle and long way to go. but I didn't see any improvements on our offensive and defensive ends with tmac on the floor,staying put, no off the dribble movement. if he's sick,just sit him out on the bench and watch the game,don't put him on court to be a liability on the defensive end,well,tonight on both ends
