Nick in other words, be Pau Gasol. I don't know if Nowitzki actually has a basketball camp but the imagery was funny.

If he had as many non calls as a young shaq, I would complain, but shaq was beat on way worse than yao. The problem is shaq had the stamina and the strength to play through them. Yao isn't strong enough to.

I agree with you ! It is beyond my understanding of the laws of the game, especially when the defensive player physically impeeds the movement of the offensive player, also when a player places both hands on the player a foul should be called. Yao is getting fouled at least 25 times a game and so few of them are being noticed by the refs. :p

Let me explain in this way. Defenders alway place their both hands on Yao, like you said, over 25 times a game. So refs can't go home with over 25 fouls on one team, they choose to pay no attention. The result? 30 a game, 35 a game ......

Nothing has changed since Yao and Tmac joined the Rockets. Les is obviously not making enough contributions to the Referee retirement fund. The Utah Jazz must send a large check on a regular basis.

Yao is so huge that when the opposition fouls him it looks like theres no contact.
The Solution- Start overacting each foul no matter how small (even if a guy sneezes on him)

In the Portland game Yao got fouled by Pryzbilla, who tied up one of his arms so he couldn't go up for a rebound.

Instead of going up hard, Yao did nothing. If he's tied up like that he need to go up HARD and make it perfectly obvious to the referees that he's being fouled. A lot of motion, a lot of action, will draw their eyes. Being passive isn't going to get him anywhere.
