Correction: Our entire team is not where it needs to be... We are not playing well like the Celtics

While Yao didn't play a particularly sharp game, he still shot 50% and scored a quiet 16 points.

I have always been a proponent of Rafer Alston despite his career shooting woes. He was the perfect quarterback for the JVG offense. His ball handling prowess and ability to quickly set the offense helped him excel under the JVG era. These same abilities are mitigated in the Adelman offense and actually hurt our ability to move the ball around. I am not saying he our primary problem (the team as a whole is not playing cohesively), his weaknesses are just much more apparent in the early stages of this offense. I do have hope that things will work out.

I wish Adelman would run some plays for Brent Barry or at least encourage the players to get him the ball once in a while. I counted numerous occasions during tonight's game when he was denied the ball. He can be a huge asset to this team. If we simply ignore him, it leaves teams with multiple options to clog the lanes and pressure Yao. Alston was 1-6 from the 3-pt line; I would like to see Brent take some of those threes.

I just have to say this: Landry is the man! Make them pay when they double off Yao.

Yao attempted one shot in the fourth because Artest and Landry was hot

Wow, I didn't realize T. Parker would be out for up to a month. I knew he got injured, just didn't know the nature. The Spurs' season is in even more serious jeopardy now.

find another one or two who agrees with you. lol.

and if not for yao's huge butt, landry won't be so effective, dummy. you will see this a lot of times throughout the season, newbie.

It is good for the team. I'd take TMAC's bad game with a win.

Artesr reminds me of mario ellie with more game. i remember mario was a bulldog. he even had a go at antonio carr in one game. any of you guys remember antonio carr. we signed him from the jazz. well i rember antonio looked like he was slacking and mario just loose on him at a timeout. i was stunned. the camera was rolling. you could see carr was about to cry.

I agreed with Ronnymac about Kaman out dueled Yao tonight, thats a fact you can't make an excuse for it.
