Shep Smith Grills Nader For Using Term "Uncle Tom"

i think shep was spot on when he mentioned how nader is irrelevant now. no one cares about nader now so he has to take the michael moore route and say something over the top and out of line to get attention. good work by shep calling him out.

 

i think nader's points are legitimate. i think his use of the term is disgusting. and shep gave him a way out to say i didn't use the right term that was wrong. but he wouldn't. he's too damn arrogant.

 

Michael Moore isn't irrelevant.. that's what the repubs would like us to think, since his movies shed more light at their f@%kups that anything I have seen..

and Shep is the only positive spot in Fox News..as simple as that..

 

moore is a total douche who's douchebaggery outshines anything positive he tries to accomplish. the guy is a complete jerk.

great robbie, a little quote illustrating an obvious and prominent douche-baggery is enough to make him "irrelevant" to you despite the unbelievably revealing and effective movies he has produced..

and no, thecabbage, I'm not 15, unless you have the impression that only 15 year olds can appreciate a movie about how horrible our healthcare system is, a movie which got little to NONE media coverage as a result of big health insurance corporations lobbying against it..

I'd say Fahrenheit 9/11 wasn't that bad either, considering the fact Moore was one of the very few who came out against the war when Bush's approval ratings weren't down yet and people didn't know what we were in for..

 

it was down to 50% from 60%, last time I checked (a couple months ago), it was in the mid 30's .. so yeah, 50% of the people thought he was doing a great job when FH came out, and since then, 20% of the people changed their minds..

what does that tell you? Moore's thinking process if a little faster than the Joe six packs out there..I'm sayin he's a Nostradamus, but he had the ball$ to come out and make a movie which was deemed "controversial" back then.. if it came out today, the reviews would be "captain obvious to the rescue!, no $h!t Sherlock!" ...

I never understood the excessive criticism/hatred toward Moore..

He takes what half-truths he can find and distorts the hell out of them.

Can't stand that guy.

As to Nader, he's done. Props to Shep for grilling him.

 

Michael Moore is irrelevent, even more so with a near Democratic supermajority.


He's like Eliot Ness after prohibition was over.

Unless, he flips the switch and becomes Rush Limbaugh and start filming anti-liberal movies.

He's only good for political hatchetjobs.
