sometimes it just the way the video is playing, they're not always smooth....but make sure you don't hae any other windows open or major programs running, that may slow your computer and therefore delay your video feed.

 

my cable box just shorted out.
all the sopcast channels say they're offline.
and my comp is too slow to run anything else.

any sopcast links just incase these streams usually go down about halftime and take 5 mins of gametime to get back up. all the links from the p2p site are down
