i think someone in the nba dish thread pretty much said it looks like dish will not be having league pass this year. there are still in "negotiations"
dish webpage is keeping changing info on nba lp. it used to ask you come back next season for nba lp last week. now it is displaying they are working very aggressive to get nba lp back. it also displays nba lp on pull down manuel from sports at its front page. this is the first i saw it on the pull down manuel. does it try to trick the subscribers or indicate the deal is near done?
i just called yesterday (and ten other times before) i am stuck in a contract and can't get out...but from what i heard from them, they will EVENTUALLY get it, they just don't have a timeline for when. the more we call and complain the better, because they said thousands of people are complaining about it.
I did the same thing yesterday (Tue). Still the same party lines. But you are right, keep asking AND threaten to switch.
looks like dish is not getting it. Really pissing me off as i am stuck with it. Guys, just get NBA Broadband its only 85 dollars and its our only option
did you read my post? they will give $20/per month up to 5 months to your account to compensate your $85 if you complain to an account specialist. Remember, talk to an account specialist, not front end people.
I thought the free preview was over if you look at the schedule on your guide on league pass they still show the games? wierd
the games will still appear on the guide but if you try to watch it you should get a "you do not subscribe to this channel" error
i also am continuuing to get the free preview that was supposed to end yesterday. I wonder if this is a sign that the NBA and Dish are having good faith negotiations. I can't imagine if thing were about to fail that the NBA would continue to allow the preview (since cutting off the free preview would really put the pressure on dish network)
Are you trying the HD league pass channels or the SD? Check the 500's it should be there in the SD section.
