    You're joking right?

Landslide vs. a possible signature win early in the race?

You'll find me watching Artest guard Pierce. :D

The only election result that's interesting to me is Al Franken vs Norm Coleman. Since it's unlikely to get non-stop live coverage of that race in my area, I am sticking with the Rockets-Celtics game.

I am a big Al franken fan and hope he sticks with comedy. I doubt he is gonna be funny as a senator.

I love waiting 20-30 minutes while the game starts, just to be able to zoom through commercials and most of half time.

Though I voted for "Election Results," in reality, I will not be watching either one "live," as I have two kids, soccer practice, and two Dreamweaver quizzes to complete tonight.

    +1 for TG4DVR.

7:30- the game starts rolling on my internets
8 pm- SNL starts on the tube
8:30- flip to Fox (Jesus Bill O, calm down)
9pm- Daily Show starts, SNL moves to PiP
9:30- Flip to MSNBC (Christ,Olbermann's an idiot)
10 pm- Rockets win, but barely
10:20 -flip to CNN, watch touch-y map guy
11:30 - finish off Jameson, sleep like a baby on a Superior Waterbed.

(I'm not callin' the race) ;)

Wishful thinking, I guess. Even if they don't call it, we're extremely likely to know the winner of the election by sometime between 7 and 10 CST. If we don't know by then, things have probably taken a very bad turn for Obama. That's not likely to happen.

I'm recording the game. I can't flip back and forth. I like to watch the game start to finish without knowing what happened.

I'll watch it very late tonight or possibly even tomorrow.

I will be at the game for my Rockets, and I hope we kick some ass.

I really hope they announce results during the game though, either on the PA during timeouts or on the electronic signs. If not, I will be on CNN on my phone.

I predict a win for the Rockets and a win for Obama!

I demand that, if elected, he be seated on the Judiciary committee, just so that he can reenact his Clarence Thomas sketch with the next supreme court nominee.

CSPAN will be far more entertaining with Al Franken around.

A question for those, like me, DVRing the Rockets game:

Which news channel should one primarily watch (assuming the predicted outcome)?

    a) MSNBC for the barely restrained Olbermann's gloating and Scarborough's McCain campaign back-biting? (side bonus: Chris Matthews has replaced Dan Rather's ghost as the crown prince of presidential results folksy metaphors)
    b) FNC for equal parts contempt and bitter resignation?
    c) CNN for their cool touch screen county-level zoom map technology and David Gergen's reasoned analysis?
