    Bob Barr.

Haven't felt this sure about a defeat since Game 4 of the 1996 western conference semis.

Ouch. Sammy and Horry at least made it interesting at the end. Admit it, going into overtime you thought there was a chance to still go all the way. ;)

I'm feeling pretty good. More nervous from excitement than anything else.

    This workday is dragging.

Nervousness is an unconcious result of anxiety of the uncertainty. You are hopeful at best.

Um, no. I'm confident, plain and simple.

It's an exciting night. Nervous excitement.

Sam Cassell's bank 3 off the glass to send that game into overtime was probably the most exciting "moment" for me during the clutch city days. the only other "moments" i can think of were the kiss of death, kenny's 3 in orlando, and hakeem's tip in, but none of those were really desperate. they were either tie-game or it didn't matter if we lost.

btw - noone talks about robert horry's last quarter as a houston rocket. an absolutely insane 5-6 from 3pt to bring us back that really stands as testament to the fact that he may be the most clutch player in league history.

I'm a Democrat and a Houston sports fan. I never underestimate my team's ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

I'm holding out hope for victory, but unlikely.
