Tomorrow's game won't be available on NBA League Pass Broadband free preview because it's on NBATV. Any alternatives?? Help!
It will be on a national TV. Last Thursday it said they would show the game because 61% of people voted for it. I believe it is ESPN and I might be wrong. But I am sure it will be on a national TV
It s on NBATV and NBATV is considered a national television. Each tuesday, fans vote for a game that they would like to watch on NBATV and this tuesday, they have voted for ROckets and Celtics. It s neither on TNT or ESPN!!! Prove: http://www.nba.com/schedules/index.html?gamedate=20081104 Watch on national TV colon and it says NBATV.
I've been PISSED OFF about this stupid NBA TV Fan Night CRAP. It screwed over all of us who would've watched this game on League Pass or LP Broadband. We WOULD have been able to see it, but since it got voted on NBATV Fan Night, it's considered a "nationally televised game" and League Pass will black it out. Basically this forces people to subscribe to the extra package for NBATV to watch these games, which I refused to because I'm not interested in 95% of the content on that channel. Basically, this whole "Fan Night" voting bulllsh!t screws League Pass subscribers out of the best game every Tuesday. Complete BS by that a$$wipe David Stern and his fellow NBA marketers.
You heard wrong.. Yeah definitely that NBA Fan Night promotion totally defeats the purpose. If it weren't for that, I would be able to watch the game(Free LeaguePass preview) I really hope someone will host a justin.tv link or possibly stoogetv.com
I paid 85$ for LP Broadband and I can't even watch one of the most intriguing games all season because I don't have cable!??
The CCTV-5 of China will broadcast it. So you can watch it via sopcast or any other P2P software. BTW, I got an HD-CCTV5-online channel. Hope it will be working tomorrow. Here is the HD link: http://www.zhibo.la/channel/cctv5_hdtv.html
AMEN! and get ready to miss the best game every Tuesday because it's going to get voted onto that NBATV crap. I contacted customer support and they said "it is unfortunate" and then hung up.
not for my cable provider it doesn't. NBATV is included in a seperate "premium sports" package that includes random MLB and NFL crap..
i understand that you are mad, but paying $5 a month for the sports tier will easily solve your problem. as far as your 95%, they play 2 or 3 games per week, is that not enough alone to make it worth it? now they also replay the TNT broadcast from the previous night. are you not interested in Classic games, in-depth fantasy analysis, and game recaps on a nightly basis?
