Landry gets blocked more than any player I've seen

    what about Yao?

    when you rush into the rim, it's normal to get rejected.

    the more you get rejected, more aggressive you are

    the guy who often jump shot won't get much rejected, it :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: also means you are a soft player.

    Dunkers know they stand to get blocked a lot. But its not a deterrent from going to the rim strong, just part of what they have to accept. It plays to Landry's strengths to not give a crap about being blocked and dunk on them the 2nd and 3rd time.

    There's different approaches, positioning your shot away from the block (finesse, sometimes confused with "softness"), or straight outpowering outjumping the block. Both are effective if the player knows his limits, what he's capable of or whats coming at him.
